The Concept:

Our opening chapter sets the tone for the entire season — festive, curious, and genuinely global. As summer lingers into September, we celebrate the start of the Chapters series with a walk-around exploration of Méthode Traditionnelle from twelve expressions across eleven countries of origin. This is not a standard tasting. Guests move freely, glass in hand, as we guide them through twelve sparkling wines — each one a different voice, a different terroir, a different take on the same ancient method. One wine at a time, one perfectly matched bite at a time.
