Cookie Policy

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. It allows the site to function, remember your preferences and measure its audience.

2. Legal framework

 This website is operated from Switzerland. The use of cookies is governed by the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP / nLPD), in force since 1 September 2023, the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) guidelines on cookies (updated 6 October 2025), and art. 45c of the Telecommunications Act. Switzerland follows a risk-based approach:

  • strictly necessary cookies: no consent required (information only);

  • functional cookies: a simple opt-out mechanism;

  • advertising / profiling cookies: explicit opt-in consent required. For visitors located in the European Union, the GDPR applies and requires prior consent for any non-essential cookie.

3. Categories of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary — keep the site working: security, session, load balancing, member-area login. Set notably by Wix (e.g. svSession, XSRF-TOKEN). These cannot be disabled.

  • Functional — remember your preferences (FR/EN language, etc.).

  • Statistics / analytics — aggregated audience measurement: Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _gid) and Wix analytics.

  • Marketing / media — third-party embedded content (YouTube videos) that may set cookies on playback.

4. Third-party cookies

 Some cookies are set by third-party services: Wix (site platform and hosting) and Google(Analytics, YouTube). These third parties apply their own privacy policies.

5. Your choices and consent

 On your first visit, a consent banner lets you Accept all, Customise or Reject all. Non-essential cookies are activated only after your agreement. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link, and configure your browser to block or delete cookies.

6. Retention

 Duration varies by cookie (from a single session to several months). Details are available in the cookie management tool.

7. Changes

 This policy may be updated. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of your visit.
