After a decade traversing the wine regions of Europe,
from the Moselle to the volcanic slopes of Tokaj,
from the vertiginous slopes of Côte-Rôtie to the terraces of Neuchâtel,
I've filled dozens of notebooks.
These tasting notes are some conversations frozen in time.
The testimony of a moment, a terroir, a human being who poured their soul into a bottle.
Today, I share them with you, to convey what I felt.
