My Journey
Wine came to me slowly.
But once I discovered it, I fell in love with, and could not take it away from my life.
Wine gradually revealed itself to me.
I gained my first sommelier experience in England's fine dining rooms, where I discovered the world's wine diversity.
This led me to visit estates across Europe, even during COVID. I met unique vignerons from various styles, but all sharing the same trait, regardless of language or country:
A deep passion for their land.
This shared passion touched me profoundly.
It fueled my commitment to the wine world.
It shaped my life.
Since 2021, I have been working in Switzerland, always in Michelin-starred restaurants.
There, I discovered my love for teaching, sharing, and exchange.
I don't count points on wine bottles or chase accolades
. I seek the story behind each bottle, to share it with you with as much emotion as possible.
This is how Paroles de Vins was born.
Today, I share this expertise differently by training, masterclasses, bespoke wine journeys, and cellar concierge.
